I just discovered Good Karma Organic Rice Cream. I have some of the vanilla and the carrot cake flavor in the freezer but have only tried the carrot cake so far. Verdict? YUM! It doesn't taste as "ricey" as the Rice Dream. Perhaps I should give other brands of Rice Milk a try too since I don't like the flavor of Rice Dream.

I made these veganized meatballs for dinner tonight. I used 3/4lb of ground beef plus 1 egg in place of the gimme lean beef and a package of mozzarella flavored Chreese for the nutritional yeast. They were easy and delicious!

Tonight for dinner I made Turkey Kibbeh from Eating Well magazine. The yogurt sauce was a problem, so instead I made the creamy dill dressing recipe from the Garden of Vegan and added cucumbers and tomato. Erik wasn't impressed but I liked it. Yesterday at Whole Foods, I discovered Tings and I am in love. They taste like cheese puffs but without the cheese (not that there is much actual cheese in most cheese puffs). Also without a huge list of ingredients. The list of ingredients is only four items lon, which makes me happy.

Mmm, tings.

I made pizza from scratch tonight. Well, the dough was from scratch, the sauce was some Muir Glen stuff I had gotten at Whole Foods. It was tasty, but the crust lacked something.
